To encourage Indian Team to win the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011, HMIL had announced, if the World Cup comes home then the winning Indian team will be felicitated with the All New Hyundai Verna cars.Arvind Saxena, Director- Sales and Marketing, HMIL handed over the New Verna keys to Virender Sehwag and Piyush Chawla who had played a significant role in making India world champions.

Hyundai has organised several initiatives during the World Cup like the Hyundai Fan Parks, Hyundai ICC First and Last Ball Tour amongst others to create excitement during the entire duration of the 2011 Cricket World Cup.
