    The Citroen C3 hatchback was updated recently and it gets a new tops-spec X Shine variant. It is now available in four broad trims: Live, Feel, Feel (O), and X Shine (also referred to as C3X). The carmaker is taking bookings for this update and you can bring it home in the first week of September. Let’s now check out the updated variant-wise features set of the French hatchback:

    The Live is the entry-level variant of the C3. As you can see in the above table, it has now become more affordable by Rs 98,000 and it gets the following key features:

    Given that the Live is the C3’s base-spec trim, it gets black ORVMs, 15-inch steel wheels, and black door handles. In terms of features, it packs front power windows, a manual AC, and semi-digital instrument cluster, but lacks a touchscreen or basic music system altogether. Its safety kit covers just the basics, including dual front airbags and rear parking sensors.

We would advise you to move on to the next variant if you want your C3 with some added niceties.

     Citroen is offering the Shine variant with plenty of premium touches, including LED headlights and front fog lamps, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, TPMS, and an optional 360-degree camera. The Shine trim also gets the option of a Vibe Pack that adds body side moulding and painted inserts on the outside along with a wireless phone charger. Do note that the 360-degree camera options cost Rs 25,000.
