    Renault India organises 400 free service camp this year

    With more than 30 camps last month and 400 free service camps during the year, Renault India has reached out to close to its 20,000 customers within the country. The camps cover all Renault products currently available in India- Pulse hatchback, Scala sedan, Duster SUV, Fluence premium sedan and Koleos premium SUV.

    At the service camps, cars are thoroughly checked as per the standard guidelines provided by Renault, and enables a detailed examination of all key functions of the car. And according to company, 'such periodical checks ensure necessary actions for enhanced performance of the car and provide customers an unmatched driving experience.' Through these camps, the company is also educating customers about their cars, driving rules and basic car maintenance.

    For keeping the customers occupied who have brought-in their cars for service, Renault has arranged several fun activities in most service camps. While servicing, customers and their family members engage themselves with different activities including dart games, magic shows, entertainment performances, mehandi art, tattoos and face painting, balloon shooting, caricature art, painting competitions as well as basic medical check-ups related to driving like an eye check-up and checking BP. Customers are also treated with tea and snacks, given return gifts, and there is also a daily special lucky draw.
