Open sales of Tata Nano extended across India
Today, one of the countries leading auto major Tata Motors announced the open sales of its mini-combo, Tata Nano in all the remaining states of India. The was freely available in 12 states in India. To boost the sales this year the company has come up with new initiative, buyers who were unable to book this two-box in 2009, will now be able to get the cars from 874 sales outlets across the nation.

The company gives 4 year or 60,000 km warranty which ever is earlier at no extra cost. Moreover, the buyers will have the option to avail a comprehensive maintenance contract at only Rs. 99 per month. This contract will the buyers to get the running maintenance of the car.
Tata Motors finance(TMF) which provides finance for all the Tata Motors products have brought a special scheme for its product line up under which a customer can get upto 90% finance with select documents in just 48 hours.

Moreover, the company, Tata Motors have tied up with 28 banks and NBFC's to offers customers finance to get their dream car, Nano available at a nominal rate of interest. The studies on Tata Nano indicate that around 80% of Tata Nano are fully satisfied from Tata Nano because despite of its small size the car is spacious, good in performance, durable, has got decent mileage and is safe too. The owners have enjoyed the ride of Tata Nano at high altitudes like Khardungia.

The car is powered by 2-cylinder 624 cc engine – delivering 35 PS @ 5250 rpm and a torque of 48 Nm @ 3,000 rpm and has the top speed of 105 kmph. Tested at different altitudes, Tata Nano has got sheet metal body, reinforced passenger compartment, crumple zones, intrusion-resistant doors, mandatory seat belts and complies fully with existing Indian safety standards etc.
