The Magnite is now available with a dealership-installed CNG retrofit kit in Rajasthan, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Tamil Nadu
The Nissan Magnite CNG was launched in May 2025 as a dealership-level retrofitment option in select states like Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Kerala, and Karnataka. At the time, the carmaker had announced plans to expand the availability of the CNG kits to more regions. Now, Nissan has extended this offering to its dealerships in Rajasthan, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Tamil Nadu.
The CNG option is available across the Magnite lineup but only with the naturally-aspirated petrol engine paired with a manual transmission. It is offered at an additional cost of Rs 75,000 over the standard version. The retrofitment kits come with a 3-year or 1 lakh km warranty, whichever comes first.
Powertrain Options
As mentioned earlier, the CNG option is available with the 1-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine option with manual transmission. Here are the details:
