New Ford Fiesta to reveal in Indian auto market on April 14

Ford Motors have declared the official date of the reveal of new Ford Fiesta on 14th of April 2011 in the domestic market. The curtains will be drawn off the all new Ford Fiesta which is also one of the most awaited models in Indian car industry, on 14th of April 2011.
The unveiling event will encircle the lunch date and the variants which will be launched in the Indian auto market. Ford will organize this event in Delhi which will disclose the awaited beauty in front of the car lovers in India.
If speculations are to be believed then the pricing of the new Ford Fiesta will lay in the range of Rs. 7-9 lakhs. With this price tag the expected competitors in the market will be the likes of Volkswagen Vento, Maruti Suzuki SX4, Honda City and soon to launch 2011 Hyundai Verna.
The all new Ford Fiesta is expected to come powered by 1.6 liter petrol engine along with high end technologies like variable valve timing etc. the engine will be capable of smoking out a peak power of 118bhp. The next possibility of engine to appear in all new Ford Fiesta is the 1.4 liter diesel engine which can effectively smoke out a top power of 90hp beating torque of 200Nm.
