New 2013 Maruti Suzuki SX4 Launched Finally; Gets Better in Mileage

Putting an end to all the speculations, Maruti Suzuki India has today silently launched the new 2013 Maruti Suzuki Facelift, which has now received updated exteriors and interiors along with better fuel economy figures, however the prices have remained the same. Both the diesel and petrol versions of the car have got better in terms of mileage, while the 2013 SX4 petrol returns 16.51kmpl of mileage (improvement of 6 per cent), the 1.3-litre turbo diesel powered version promises to return an impressive 21.79kmpl.The CNG option returns a fuel efficiency of 22.1 km/kg.

The 2013 Maruti Suzuki SX4 has also received some styling changes both inside and out, making it look more contemporary. On the outside, the new SX4 now gets a muscular bumper with 2-tone front grille, fog lamp with dual-tone garnish and two new colour options- Serene Blue and Granite Grey. The 2013 Maruti Suzuki SX4 has also got longer by 10mm, thanks to the new bumper design.

The new SX4 has also received some good changes inside the cabin, it now has new seat fabric upholstery with dual tone black and beige interiors, black and marble, black and marble finish prints inside, Chrome finish inside handles and Chrome finish AC side louvers. Maruti Suzuki has also worked on improving the convenience features of the 2013 SX4, it now gets electronically adjustable ORVMs with integrated blinkers, touchscreen audio system with GPS navigation and bluetooth connectivity.

Explaining the new features Mr. Manohar Bhat, Vice President Marketing, says,"The all new Maruti Suzuki SX4 has new looks, and also brings new features such as touch screen audio navigation and electronically foldable ORVMs with turn indicator. In addition, the improved fuel efficiency is sure to delight users of this segment.

Powered by two celebrated engines the Super Turbo 1.3 Litre diesel and the 1.6 Litre VVT petrol engine, the car now offers much more to the car connoisseurs in this segment. ".
