Maruti Suzuki SX4 facelift spotted in India

We have been talking about the SX4 facelift being the next major thing that Maruti Suzuki has been working on, and it has come true as someone from Team-BHP has spotted the SX4, here in India.

Maruti Suzuki SX4 Facelift

The SX4 hasn’t been a successful story for Maruti Suzuki, as that segment is where the company hasn’t made an impact when compared to competition. However, it seems that Maruti Suzuki is working on this as we had mentioned in our previous story .

The SX4 gets a new fascia with a newly designed larger front grille with smoked-out headlamps and new front bumper. The SX4 competes in the C-segment with the likes of Tata Manza, Ford Fiesta etc. It is available with a 1.6-litre petrol mill and 1.3-litre mulijet from Fiat with variable geometric turbocharger that was added to the options a couple of years ago. The SX4 facelift is likely to retain the same engine options, or maybe Maruti Suzuki could change it to the 1.4-litre petrol engine.
