Maruti Suzuki India will recruit 3,000 employees

Maruti Suzuki is facing stiff competetion from the new renowned brands adding in the domestic automobile market list. In order to maintain monopoly in the Indian Auto Industry Maruti Suzuki lndia is working hard. Earlier this year Maruti Suzuki India has annouced to that they will add on 200 company sponsered service centres to their present 2840 service centres fleet by the end of this fiscal year.

In order to fulfill the staff for these new 200 service stations Maruti Suzuki India will be recruiting 3,000 employees. Pankaj Narula,Executive of Maruti Suzuki India Service department stated that they expect to sell around 1.2 Million cars by the end of this financial year and in order. In order to service the increased number of cars and provide excellent service to our their existing customers Maruti Suzuki India have planned to open 200 New service stations across the nations. By this year end maximum number of service stations will be open at South India.

With 200 more centres coming in Maruti will have total number of 3040 sevice centres across the nation. At Present, competetors of Maruti Suzuki India has around 2,227 sevice station. Maruti Suzuki is aiming to open service stations within a range of 25 kms of every Maruti dealer.

Recently, Maruti Suzuki India has announced to Invest Rs. 6,125 crores. The company has already sanctioned Rs. 1700 Crores for establishment of third plant at Manesar. With new companies coming in Maruti has initiated with many plans and strategies to keep its top position consistent in the domestic market. Maruti has got around 50% of market share in Indian Automobile Industry and would not want any competeting brand to replace them. Suzuki has also planned to manufacture cars with the leading German automobile group, Volkswagen for its dominance in global market. Maruti's most awaited upcoming hatchback Maruti Cervo is also expected to launch by the beginning of next year.

In India Maruti Suzuki is currently dealing with Maruti Alto, Maruti Eeco, Maruto A-star, Maruti Wagon R, Maruti Zen Estilo, Maruti Ritz, Maruti Grand Vitara, Maruti SX4, Maruti Swift, Maruti Swift Dzire and Maruti Omni.
