The OEM-wise car sales figures for April 2025 indicate a tough start to the new financial year for most carmakers in India, excluding Mahindra and MG Motor, which were the only two brands to post positive growth compared to March 2025. Notably, Maruti held onto its top spot, while Mahindra climbed into the top three, joining Tata Motors, as Hyundai dropped in the rankings.
