Mahindra Rexton and Mahindra Korando-C slated to launch next year

Mahindra & Mahindra India who recently took over Ssangyong the South Korean auto company, is planing vast in the wake to spread its wings in the world auto market.The Indian utility automobile maker is all set to bring two of the Ssangyong cars in Indian auto market. These are Rexton and Korando- C, the sports utility vehicle. As per a top official by the coming year's first half the two SUVs will be launched in India.

These are Rexton and Korando- C, the sports utility vehicle. As per a top official by the coming year's first half the two SUVs will be launched in India.

Pawan Goenka, President of Automotive Farm Equipment sector, at Mahindra Mahindra India revealed it during the Seoul Motor Show. He stated that the Indian car manufacturer plans to roll out the cars after one year. He also added that at present the Indian auto company is on the verge of completing its market research for the Indian auto market. Mahindra India is also developing the strategy, plans and assembly line up.

When inquired about the sales target set. He refused to disclose any details about the same. In the beginning of this month, Mahindra India said that it will complete all the formalities related to the take over as it shares the maximum stake in Ssangyong Motors.

Mahindra also plans to fly 100 of its vendors to South Korea for a better interaction with the Ssangyong associates. As per the news the meet is likely to take place in May. The meeting will feature issues like managing operations and launch of news cars in India. They will interact about utilizing the business opportunity in a better way and also how to improvise on production practices.
