    • Hyundai is offering the Venue N Line in two trims: N6 and N8.

    • Both the N Line models get a 1-litre turbo-petrol engine with a seven-speed DCT.

    • The i20 N Line also gets the option of a six-speed iMT (clutchless manual).

    • The N Line models get a few revisions including a stiffer suspension and heavier steering wheel.

    • They also come with cosmetic changes inside and out including red accents and dual exhaust tips.

    • Hyundai has priced the Venue N Line from Rs 12.16 lakh to Rs 13.30 lakh (introductory ex-showroom pan-India).

Hyundai has launched the Venue N Line in India in two trims: base-spec N6 and top-spec N8. While we were expecting it to get both the iMT (clutchless manual) and DCT (dual-clutch automatic) gearbox options as the i20 N Line, Hyundai has chosen to not offer the former. The carmaker has confirmed that it won’t be providing the Venue N Line with iMT or even a manual gearbox.

The carmaker says it has taken this call based on the response seen for the i20 N Line’s DCT trims. Both the hatchback and SUV share the same 1-litre turbo-petrol engine (120PS/172Nm) and a seven-speed DCT gearbox. The i20 N Line also gets a six-speed iMT. The N Line models get a stiffer suspension, a heavier steering wheel, and a sportier exhaust note.

The Venue N Line gets cosmetic tweaks inside and out which include the N Line-specific Thunder Blue shade, red accents all around and dual exhaust tips. Interior changes consist of an all-black cabin theme with red highlights and N Line badges. Its equipment list encompasses an eight-inch touchscreen, power-adjustable driver’s seat, and six airbags.

Hyundai has priced the Venue N Line between Rs 12.16 lakh and Rs 13.30 lakh (introductory, ex-showroom pan-India). It doesn’t have any direct rivals in India while the standard Venue takes on the likes of the Renault Kiger, Tata Nexon, and Maruti Brezza.
