That is why Hyundai Motors India is now offering remedies to customers for such problems. Hyundai India has suggested the option of i20 ECM reprogramme for AC performance enhancement for the problems related to the AC.

Hyundai India has suggested the option of i20 ECM reprogramme for AC performance enhancement for the problems related to the AC. The company has suggested to add Urethane Pad Yoke Spring for the noise problem and for tackling the rattles. Hyundai India’s solution for AC is applicable only to a select batch of i20′s, that is, those manufactured in June 2009. Likewise the solution for the problem of rattling is only meant for those who are facing this problem.
After the suggested solutions, updates and additions, a considerable improvement can be expected in the cooling and the rattles. It is said that the steering can be little tight or heavy for about 100-150 kms because of the Spring which will take some time to adjust.
