How much of an impact has GST had on the prices of the Hyundai Creta?

With Hyundai comfortably retailing nearly 10,000 Cretas every month, there was little reason for the brand to bait buyers further with discounts or special offers. However, thanks to the introduction of the goods and services tax (GST), the SUV is now more affordable.

Hyundai has passed on the GST benefits to its customers, with prices dropping by as little as Rs 1,000 to as much as Rs 3.72 lakh. The Creta itself has seen prices drop by around Rs 36,000 to well over a lakh, depending on the city. To know more about the new tax structure and how it affects car prices, click here.
