Honda Brio Automatic to Launch before Diwali: Exclusive
Like we mentioned yesterday when we brought to you the news that Honda Accord might be discontinued in India , that Honda will be focusing much on its compact cars due to their gaining popularity in the Indian market. Strengthening the fact is the latest update that we received from our reliable source who stated that Honda will be bringing in the automatic transmission version of their loved hatchback, Honda Brio before Diwali.

There have been talks about it before as well but all pointed towards end of this year, but seems like Honda wants to grab attention of consumers during the festive season, when they are in a full form to splurge money. Honda Brio AT with the CVT gearbox will be priced a little higher than the prevailing models. The current price of the Brio is starts from Rs 4.05 Lakh and goes up to Rs. 6 Lakh (prices mentioned, ex-showroom New Delhi).
Prior to the Honda Brio AT, we already have the Hyundai i10 and the i20 along with Maruti A-Star among the hatchback cars that are being offered in automatic versions.
