Genesis Showcased at the 2016 Indian Auto Expo
Genesis, the premium brand of Korean automaker Hyundai has showcased its luxury sedan at the ongoing 2016 Indian Auto Expo. The luxury sedan will rival the likes of Mercedes-Benz E-Class, BMW 5-Series, Audi A6 and the recently launched Jaguar XF.

Genesis, a premium brand of the Korean automaker Hyundai, has showcased its luxury sedan at the ongoing 2016 Indian Auto Expo. The luxury sedan will rival the likes of Mercedes-Benz E-Class, BMW 5-Series, Audi A6 and the recently launched Jaguar XF. Genesis incorporates substantial inspiration from the Vision G Coupe concept.
Speaking of the aesthetics, the luxury sedanfeatures a unique rendition of the single frame grille, which was made popular by cars in German automaker Audi’s lineup. The single frame grille incorporates sizeable chrome accents, all the way down to front bumpers - which flaunt LED DRLs. Other aesthetic highlights include swept-back headlamps up front, which form a premium symmetry with the sleek, single-line LED tail-lamps at the back. Also showcased at the rear, are the dual exhausts which are integrated into the rear bumper. Accents common to both front and rear ends of the car are chrome inserts, which have been incorporated in the bumpers and similar chrome inserts can also be spotted on the window line.
