Ford Ecosport Spotted Again, Sports Beige Interiors!

Ford Ecosport is one car that the American auto major is betting big on, and the car has already created much hype all over. Features of the car are already known to everyone as it has been unveiled at several major cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Cochin Chandigarh and Ludhiana under the company's branding campaign 'EcoSport Urban Discoveries'. While some more cities are still to inspect the car before its official launch sometime in June. Now Sushil Cherian from ZimblyCars have managed to click pictures of Ford EcoSport while its test runs.

The pictures suggest the EcoSport's interiors to be in beige colour including the dashboard unlike the black/grey interiors spotted in earlier pictures. So, this hints at a possibility that EcoSport might also be offered in different interior trims like other Ford Cars including the Figo. However, there are no official words on the same.

The beige interiors of the car give it a more vibrant and spacious feel unlike the black that gives a dull feel. However, the beige interiors need more care and maintenance as it gets dirty easily. The caught vehicle was a 1.5-litre petrol trim with the 6-speed PowerShift dual clutch gearbox, indicating that beige interiors to be sported on the top-end variant only.

Expected to launch in June, Ford EcoSport compact SUV will be offered in a total three engine options- a 1.0-litre EcoBoost petrol, a 1.5-litre Petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel. While the 1.0-litre EcoBoost will be a new engine, the other two also power the Fiat Fiesta.
