"It gives us immense pleasure to announce the opening of our new dealership, Kaizen Nissan at Moti Nagar, West Delhi. Together with our business partner, we seek to provide our customers with best-in-class products and services, and look forward to a long-standing, successful association”, said Guillaume Sicard, President, Nissan India Operations. He further added that Nissan is focused towards providing the finest products and services through its trusted dealership network.

Thus this new addition is said to be a unique 3S facility as it can showcase 6 cars at a time. Besides Nissan brand it also as a dedicated corner for Datsun vehicles. In order to service customers better, there are a group of more than 70 professionals available at the facility to ensure best satisfaction.

Kunal Ramchandani, Dealer Principal, Kaizen Nissan commented, “At Kaizen Nissan we will ensure that our customers experience the level of care that exceeds their expectations when they either purchase a new Nissan vehicle or bring their existing vehicle into our dealership for servicing, thereby enhancing overall customer satisfaction, advocacy, loyalty to the Nissan brand.”

Paving the way forward, Nissan plans to double its reach from the current 160 dealership to 300 by the year 2016. This is in fact great news especially for all the Nissan & Datsun owners for whom these sort of touch points will only help improve customer experience in the year to come.
