This new Rolls-Royce will be Effortless ... Everywhere. When you receive such a statement from one of the most iconic automobile brands in history, the excitement reaches a new high. Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has confirmed that it will add a new SUV model to its lineup soon. The announcement came in the form of an open letter jointly from the company’s Chairman Mr. Peter Schwarzenbauer and Chief Executive Mr. Torsten Mueller-Oetvoes.
Addressing the media and the public, the letter stated that the company is developing an all-new Rolls-Royce vehicle that can cross any terrain, meets customers’ highly mobile, contemporary lifestyle expectations, is as much about the pioneering, adventurous spirit of Charles Rolls as it is about Sir Henry Royce’s dedication to engineering and innovation and reflects Rolls-Royce’s brand promise of effortless luxury.
Though no mention of the word SUV is there, it is obvious in the explanation of the model. So we can expect the model to come with ultra luxury features and go-anywhere capabilities. The high-bodied car will be built on all-new aluminium architecture and powered by a new engine to lug all that weight.
The decision to make a Rolls-Royce SUV comes after the urge of many customers. Led by Director of Design, Mr. Giles Taylor, the new car will embody all the values and capabilities to secure Rolls-Royce’s reputation.
