Mahindra & Mahindra today made a announcement regarding the appointment of V S Parthasarathy as their Chief Financial Officer. Parthasarathy will begin his term and take charge of all the financial operations by November 14, 2013. He was appointed to this post after the Executive Director & Group Chief Financial Officer - Bharat Doshi called it a day during a board meeting of company. Doshi's phenomenal career spanned of 40 years of service, which also included his tenure of 21 years as an Executive Director of Mahindra & Mahindra.

Mahindra Mahindra today made a announcement regarding the appointment of V S Parthasarathy as their Chief Financial Officer. Parthasarathy will begin his term and take charge of all the financial operations by November 14, 2013. He was appointed to this post after the Executive Director Group Chief Financial Officer - Bharat Doshi called it a day during a board meeting of company. Doshi's phenomenal career spanned of 40 years of service, which also included his tenure of 21 years as an Executive Director of Mahindra Mahindra.

As per the new arrangement,Doshi will now be serving as an Additional Director to the company from November 14, 2013 as he would be stepping down from his executive position on November 13, 2013.

During this board meeting, the board also announced its approval of appointing S.B Mainak as an Additional Director who would resume his duties by November 13, 2013 as a representative of Life Insurance Corporation of India on the Board of Directors of the company.

Mainak is a chartered accountant and holds multiple designations. He is the Managing Director of Life Insurance Corporation of India. Additionally, he also serves on the boards of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and Stock Corporation of India Limited.
