Toyota to launch small car in India by 2010
Leading car manufactures Toyota is planning to launch its small car in India by 2010. The engine of this car is expected to be of 1.2-litre or 1.3-litre capacity. He car is expected to available in both sedan and hatchback models.

Leading car manufactures Toyota is planning to launch its small car in India by 2010. The engine of this car is expected to be of 1.2-litre or 1.3-litre capacity. He car is expected to available in both sedan and hatchback models.
According to TKM’s managing director, Hiroshi Nagakawa the process of launching this vehicle is in the middle stage and Toyota is concentrating only few projects like this because of global downturn. According to Mr. Hiroshi Nagakawa the condition of global auto market is not very good and company's sales dropped almost 50% due to this global crisis. He added that company had to cut production of vehicles by 30% because of rising price of input materials.
