    Tata Venture to be launched next year

    Tata Motors' another wonder Tata Venture, a low cost van which was unveiled at the Auto Expo in India in January 2010 is speculated to be launched next year. Tata Motors is working towards offering standard vehicles at low pricing in the Indian auto market. The company introduced India's smallest and cheapest car Tata Nano and is now coming with a low cost van Tata Venture. Tata Group's new Venture was spotted being tested in Pune.

    The new van will be loaded with 1.4 liter turbocharged diesel engine offering comfortable seats and enough cabin space to the passengers. The car is based on the lines of Tata Super Ace which can accommodate more than 6 people. The interiors are nicely done in dark beige colour combined with power windows, keyless entry with engine immobilizer, reverse parking aid along with rear wipers. The MPV is expected to come with a price tag of Rs 5 lacs. The van is not loaded with many safety features, collapsible steering system and side impact beams which does not ensure vault like safety feature. The Tata Ventures is 3.9 meter long, 1.5 meter wide and 1.8 meter in height.

    The new van with Tata Magic will be Tata Motors two cars based on Tata Ace lines. It will be the third version from the Tata Ace Zip platform, which is a carrier. As per the sources, many of the cabin parts is inspired from Tata Indica Vista. The engine of the new van is taken from Tata Indica and the interiors such as Dashboard, steering wheel and door looks have been lifted from Tata Indica Vista.

    Tata Motors also launched its much awaited car Tata Aria this year which is India's first crossover vehicle. In league to coming with more vehicles in the SUV segment Tata Motors have planned to revamp its old horse and come with a new model of Tata Safari. The new car is expected to be based on Tata Aria X2 platform.

    On analyzing the market it can be seen that the Utility Vehicle demand have increased by 21 per cent in the first half of this year. Tata Motors in planning to enjoy a major share in the growing market and is coming with the three new cars.
