SkodaAuto India rolls out its 1,00,001st car from the Aurangabad Plant
SkodaAuto India, one of the most promising and known automobile companies in India, finally rolled out the 1,00,001st car from its plant at Aurangabad today. What has made this special for the company is the fact that the 1,00,001st car was a Yeti, one of Skoda’s recent launches. This remarkable occasion was graced by H E Mr Miloslav Stasek, the Ambassador of the Czech Republic in India, and Mr Stackmann, the Board Member for Sales and Marketing at SkodaAuto a.s. and Chairman of SkodaAuto India.

Speaking on this occasion, Mr Stackmann, the Board Member for Sales and Marketing at SkodaAuto a.s. and Chairman of SkodaAuto India, said that India, is a very important future market, that was entered by Skoda ten years ago in a great spirit of entrepreneurship. The moment according to him wouldn't have been possible without the support of the employees, the Indian government, suppliers, various business partners and, especially, the valuable customers of the company. Over the past decade, Skoda has reinvented itself as a strong, sensitive and, more importantly, a clever player in the automobile sector, according to him. The factory at Aurangabad is Skoda's strength and will play an even more important role in the future, as the company plans for expansion in the Indian market, he added. Stackmann made a special mention that the company is very proud of its current achievements and took this opportunity to congratulate all their stakeholders.
