New Honda Civic Launches in Pakistan

Pakistan saw the launch of the nex – gen Civic after the launch of the new Honda CR-V. For India however, Honda is laying more stress on Honda Brio, Honda City and the likes. The new Civic was launched at a price of approximately Rs. 11.25 lakh – Rs. 13.25 lakh. The car sees cosmetic changes whereas the powertrain remains the same 1.8-litre i-VTEC engine. The power delivered will however be 141bhp and it will come mated to either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed automatic transmission.

The new Civic was launched at a price of approximately Rs. 11.25 lakh – Rs. 13.25 lakh. The car sees cosmetic changes whereas the powertrain remains the same 1.8-litre i-VTEC engine. The power delivered will however be 141bhp and it will come mated to either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed automatic transmission.

In terms of design there are glimpses of Honda City with it getting a similar front fascia as the City with chrome inserts on the grille and sleek headlamp units which get the HID bulbs. However, coming to the rear of the car, it has similar swept back tail lamps like the Honda Accord.

Inside, the dashboard has been reworked and the steering wheel gets audio and cruise control systems mounted. We see that now the LCD display is bigger with additional functions.
