Maruti's DZire crosses one lakh unit mark sales

Maruti India, the country's largest car maker company reported that their entry level sedan Maruti Swift Dzire has crossed the one lakh units mark in sales within 18 months of launch. Maruti India had launched the Maruti Swift Dzire in March 2008 in both petrol and diesel variants that ranged between Rs 4.49 lakh and Rs 6.70 lakh. The company has already scaled up production of Maruti Swift Dzire from 4,000 units initially to 7,000 units a month now.

Maruti India, the country's largest car maker company reported that their entry level sedan Maruti Swift Dzire has crossed the one lakh units mark in sales within 18 months of launch.

Maruti India had launched the Maruti Swift Dzire in March 2008 in both petrol and diesel variants that ranged between Rs 4.49 lakh and Rs 6.70 lakh. The company has already scaled up production of Maruti Swift Dzire from 4,000 units initially to 7,000 units a month now.

The entry-level sedan with the A-3 segment competes with cars like Tata Indigo, Ford Fusion, Hyundai Accent and General Motors' Aveo. During the financial period between April-August the company has a market share of 38.6 per cent in the A-3 segment, up from 27.2 per cent during the same period last year.

i had purchaded maruti swift dzire vdi in apr 09. milage only 5000kms,daily run 25kms.seems to be having starting trouble in the morning. pl suggest remedial measures .

interior and exterior design of dzire is very stylish and comfortable in all the ways beaten mid range of any other make of car in india
