Mahindra offering year-end discounts on its products
Home grown auto major Mahindra & Mahindra is offering good year-end discounts on its product range, except the recently-introduced Scorpio SUV. Valid from December 4th to 28th, these benefits includes cash discount, exchange bonus, loyalty bonus and corporate discounts as well.

The company is offering best discounts of upto INR 1.5 Lacs on its costliest offering in the country- Ssangyong Rexton. Total benefits of INR 83,000 is being offered on its Xylo MPV, while its younger brother Quanto is up for grabs with benefits of upto INR 75,000. Mahindra's best selling product- Bolero, is offered with a discount of upto INR 60,000. Additionally, the Verito range, both sedan and hatchback, have discounts of up to INR 60,000. The offers may vary according to the dealership and city.
The new generation Scorpio, which recently made its debut in India, received a great response from buyers. The SUV now comes equipped with a new transmission, cushion suspension and anti-roll technology, Dual Projector Headlamps, LED eyebrows, new chrome-accented front grille, new road armour bumpers, LED tail lamps and 17-inch alloy wheels.
Offered in six variants- S2, S4, S6, S6+ S8, S10, the SUV comes with two engine options- a 2.2-litre mHawk CRDI diesel and a 2.5 liter turbo charged CRDI engine. The base S2 variant comes with 2.5 liter turbo charged CRDI engine producing 75bhp at 3200rpm and 200Nm of peak torque in between 1400-2000rpm mated to a 5-speed MT. While all other variants comes with 2.2-litre mHawk CRDI diesel engine, which is 2,179cc 4-cylinder motor features variable geometry turbo with inter-cooler and churns out 120bhp of max power at 4000rpm and 280Nm of peak torque in between 1800-2800rpm. And is mated to a five-speed manual and this drive-train comes with 2WD or an optional 4WD setup. The top S10 also comes with Micro Hybrid technology
