    Luxury cars in India gaining popularity in small cities

    Have you ever seen a Bugati or an Aston Martin buzzing on suburb roads waiting for the sheep herd to clear the way in India? Probably you may not have come across such an amazing sight, but if we believe the craze in India, this would be a usual sight soon. Recent trends suggest that novice rich including rubber traders, distillers, foundry owners, marble traders and specially jewelry exporters belonging to suburban areas in India are going for luxury and super luxury cars that are priced between Rs1.5 crore to Rs20 crore.

    Experts believe that new genre of buyers are after the Aston Martins and Mercedes so as to add them to their image in the society. This also concludes that the rich also reside in these cities. Reportedly it is the diamond traders in Surat and the rubber industry giants in Kerala are going for the biggies in premium luxury segment cars in India.   As per a report, over 300 such luxury cars were sold in India last year and car industry experts believe that the number would double in the current year after the recent launch of Ferrari cars in India.

    The Indian super luxury car market was driven by BMW India, Mercedes Benz and the Audi India cars till other luxury brands such as Bugatti, Aston Martin and the like introduced their products in India. It is expected that the Italian sports car Pagani Zonda, would soon be arriving in India as well. Notably, Ferrari cars India has launched four of its GT sports car range offerings including Ferrari California, Ferrari 458 Italia, Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano and Ferrari FF.

    The Ferrari car price in India is between Rs2.2 crore to Rs3.41 crore. Besides, the Bugatti Veyron price in India at Rs12 crore is also getting much popular this segment of buyers along with the offerings by Maserati India such as Maserati Quattroporte, Maserati Gran Cabrio and Maserati Gran Turismo all priced between Rs1.32 crore to Rs1.42 crore ex showroom in Delhi.
