Lamborghini Aventador to be launched in India soon

The sybaritic coupe Lamborghini  Aventador is set to reach Indian shores by next year and with its arrival, Indian car market will enrich its segment occupied by super-luxury cars  ranging not in lakhs but crores. Lamborghini Aventador price in India can go up to voluptuous Rs 4.12 crore or even more than that. With its lush and enticing looks, Lamborghini Aventador will sit in literally no-competition zone where merely 6-7 wagons exists in India.

Lamborghini have been always associated with big, mean and really fast machines. Two of its cars-Lamborghini Murcielago and Lamborghini Gallardo are present in India, both ranging above a crore. Just like all the Lamborghini cars, Lamborghini Aventador is named after a fighting bull. The Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 is essentially a two-door, two-seater sports car unveiled by Lamborghini at the Geneva Motor Show on 28 February 2011.

Lamborghini says that the Aventador is two generations ahead of anything else on sale, using Formula One-style suspension and the carbon fibre material used in entire body make-up. The chassis has also been highly developed so much so that it weighs only 376 kg while at the same time giving twice more rigidity and strength than the Murcielago platform. Lamborghini Aventador was designed to replace the ten-year-old Lamborghini Murciélago. All these weight saving and rigidity traversing has resulted in the Aventador attaining 0-100 kmph in only 2.9 seconds. Volkswagen which holds some stake in Boeing was also instrumental in developing the body of the Lamborghini Aventador.

About Lamborghini Aventador specification, it is expected to house a powerful V 12 petrol engine displacing 6496 cc and delivering 691 bhp and an astonishing peak torque of 690 Nm on all four wheels. Lamborghini’s parent company Audi have left no room to criticize the cabin of the Aventador which can be regarded the best place to be in for two people. The super-coupe grabbed eyeballs when it was reported recently that the Indian market has been allotted about 10 Aventador for sale. However, the deliveries can be expected by June, 2012.
