HM-Mitsubishi launches first ever service outlet in Mumbai

Hindustan Motors-Mitsubishi Motors joint venture (JV) company inaugurated its first-ever authorized service center in Worli, on Friday. The top officials of both of the companies were present at the inauguration including Yoshiaki Wada (Head of Dealer Development & Business Development) and Geeta B Nikam (from G.N. Automotives Private Limited).  At Present, HM-Mitsubishi has a large dealership base of 43 dealers across the country that includes all major cities like Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Pune and Hyderabad.

The new service outlet is located at No-5, Mohatta Bhavan, Dr. E. Moses Road, Worli and is spread across a floor area of 10,500 square feet. To provide a world class assistance to visiting customers, a team of trained engineers from HM-Mitsubishi will be available at this new dealership. The new service outlet is equipped with new generation servicing equipments and an entire range of Mitsubishi cars in India including Cedia, Lancer, Pajero, Montero and Outlander 2010 (recently launched), can be serviced at this outlet.

According to Mr Y.V.S. Vijay Kumar, executive vice-president of HM-Mitsubishi's Chennai facility,  it is a matter of honor for the company to inaugurate its first service outlet in the city of Mumbai which is one of its key markets. He added that the company is looking to capitalize on the phenomenal growth that the Indian auto sector is witnessing and an integral aspect of this includes ramping up its service network.

Mr Yoshiaki Wada, head of Dealer Development and Business Development at HM-Mitsubishi Motors, said on the occasion that, HM - Mitsubishi is committed to offer its high quality service standards to guarantee consumer satisfaction. The company is extremely happy to inaugurate this service center which will offer its customers an exclusive service experience.
