Mr Karl Slym, the President and the Managing Director of General Motors India has commented that they believe that the compact hatchback Chevrolet Beat Diesel is going to create a revolution in the Indian Auto market with its high engine capacity and fuel economy for a small car, with the fluctuating fuel prices. He also informed that General Motors India, which had the sales figures showing the sales of Rs 1.1 lakh units last year, expects to see a growth of 30 % by making Rs 1.4 lakh units sale.
