Datsun Go+: Variants, Features & Prices

Datsun is offering the Go+ in four trim levels- D, D1, A, T and just like the Go, all of these are sparsely equipped. Only the top-end T trim offers power steering, air conditioning and other features such as Mobile Docking Station (MDS), central locking, full wheel covers, body colored bumpers and front power windows, while the base D and D1 variants doesn't get any of these.

With configuration of 2+3+2, the Go+ is a seven seater that has a flexible third row, best suited for children or your dog. As for luggage space, there is only 40-litres available for storage with the third row up, however when folded it leads to 347-litres, which is quite decent for packing-in stuff. In terms of safety equipment, the GO+ stands at the same place as its hatch version, thus strives for such features, concluding into no air bags and no anti-skid braking system (ABS) or Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD), even as optional.

Powering the Go+ is the same 1.2-litre petrol engine, that already does its duty under the hood of Go hatchback. According to the company, the mill has been re-tuned to benefit the increase in size and weight, and now churns out a maximum power of 68 bhp @ 5,000 rpm along with 104 nm of peak torque @ 4000 rpm. Datsun claims the best in class fuel economy 20.6km/l as well as the lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) amongst its competitors for its new sub-compact MPV.

Available in five colour options – Red, Gold, White, Silver & Bronze Grey, the Go+ comes with a two year / unlimited kilometers warranty, with an optional extended warranty for additional two years that also covers unlimited kilometers.
