The exterior design changes are minimal with a redesigned front-end featuring an all-new grille and fog-lamp housing. The other changes incorporated in Chevrolet Cruze include a newly designed alloy wheels, which gives the car a premium look. The MyLink infotainment system will be soon featured in the global models of the Chevrolet but there is no information on the feature to be available in the 2013 Cruze when the car is launched in India.

The Indian Cruze will have a 2.0-litre diesel engine which will churn out power up to 163PS in comparison to the current model churns out 150 PS of power.
