Its cabin features the same black and maroon theme as the Sigma variant. The major upgrade, however, does come in the form of a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Apart from that, the Delta trim is also equipped with cruise control, keyless entry, paddle shifters (for AT variant), connected car tech, and rear USB ports (type-A and type-C). Its safety kit includes dual front airbags, a reversing camera, ISOFIX child seat anchorages, and rear parking sensors.

The Grand Vitara’s Delta trim gets only a 1.5-litre, mild-hybrid petrol engine (103PS/137Nm), paired with a five-speed manual transmission. It’s also the entry-level trim for the six-speed automatic gearbox option of the SUV. The top-spec Alpha trim is provided with the option of Suzuki’s all-wheel drivetrain (AWD) but only with the MT shifter. The Zeta+ and Alpha+ trims come with a 116PS (combined) strong-hybrid powertrain, which is mated to an e-CVT.
