BMW India expecting a tough fight from JLR

Tata Motors is soon planning to introduce Jaguar Land Rover in India and this has created waves in the Indian car Market already. Looks like BMW India will have to face a very hard hitting competition from JLR. BMW is known for offering luxury cars and it is soon going to launch BMW X3 SUV around September this year.

According to the president of BMW India, Mr. Andreas Schaaf, JLR will surely be a very strong competition to BMW. Schaaf also disagreed with the suggestion that Tata Motors has a way better dealer association than BMW in the country. He said that he will not nod to this suggestion that Tata Motors have a better and stronger dealer network in India.On the other hand, Tata Motors is all set and ready to launch JLR models in the country, which will surely burst out a very strong competition in Indian car market, which already has brands like Audi, Daimler and not to forget BMW.

Everybody is aware of the fact that Tata Motors hold a very strong position in the Indian car market, in both commercial as well as passenger segment. And this brand value will certainly help and push forward the sales of JLR as soon as it is launched.Bringing together the British gazebo in India will surely give a brownie point to Tata Motors, as Tata will compete with other luxury car brands in market, such as Mercedes, Audi, BMW etc. If reports are to be believed than it is expected that higher demand will be received by JLR rather than for other luxury car brands.
