2013 Range Rover Caught in Pictures, Unmasked
The 2013 Range Rover is another long awaited SUV that will be revealed during the Paris Auto Show, which is due in September. Recently the unmasked pictures for the 2013 Range Rover cropped up, taking the excitement a notch higher. The front of the Rover has been retouched and the lines and curves on the body of the SUV have smoothened making it look voluptuous.
The new Land Rover Range Rover will be built on lightweight, rivet-bonded aluminum chassis. As a result of which the total curb weight will be reduced and in turn improve the fuel economy. The engine of the new Range Rover will be 5.0-litre with V8. This engine line-up will be offered in the naturally-aspirated and supercharged versions. The diesel engines however might be for the European market.
The hybrid version might be powered with 3.0-litre TDV6 diesel which will come with an electric motor and the legendary 8-speed ZF automatic transmission. Rumors are all around but the company is all hush about the upcoming SUV. At the same time, the Motoring world is waiting very impatiently as September seems to be far enough right now…
