According to a fresh report, Volvo is planning to bring in a small car in the Indian car market by March 2013. Rolling out a small car in the Indian car bazaar would certainly be a positive move by the company. The report suggests that this small luxury car will land between the price range of Rs 20 lakh to Rs 22 lakh. The new small car will be identified as Volvo V40 and is likely to be revealed at the prominent and much anticipated Geneva Motor Show scheduled in March 2012. The new V40 will be based on the S40 platform, and will directly compete with Mercedes Benz B Class that is also expected to be launched in the country in early 2013.
