Tata Nano Special Edition with Increased Mileage of 25.6kmpl
With Diwali almost upon us, Tata Nano makes this festive season special with the Nano Special Edition, with a bouquet of new features – of stylish exteriors, new utilities and infotainment. Commenting on the introduction, Mr. Neeraj Garg, Vice President, Passenger Cars Business Unit, Tata Motors said, “Tata Nano owners have given us valuable insights which continue to find their way into the products and solutions we provide. The Special Edition Nano is inspired by our young consumers who wish to make their own style statement.”
New Alloy Wheels and sportier decals make sure that the Nano stands out. In the interiors we have two glove boxes, one on the passenger side and the other on the driver’s side, giving more space for all utilities. The Nano Special Edition also gets a stylish audio system with MP3, USB, Aux-in and front two door speakers. This is an introductory special offer available at the same price for limited stocks only.
The Tata Nano engine delivers an impressive 37bhp which is an increase of 3bhp and 51Nm of torque which is an increase of 2Nm. The Tata Nano mileage has also been taken to a new high of 25.4 kmpl up from 23.6kmpl (ARAI certified). The ride and handling has also become slightly better with a revised suspension set-up, including an anti-roll bar at the front, and a steering mechanism made even easier. The interiors come in luxurious beige in the Nano LX, rich black in the Nano CX and stunning medium graphite in the Standard version. The exteriors come in 10 colours, eight of them new -- Pearl White, Rouge Red, Aqua Blue, Neon Rush, Serene White, Meteor Silver, Mojito Green, Papaya Orange, Sunshine Yellow, and Champagne Gold. New half or full wheel caps accentuate the distinctiveness.
All the variants come with an unmatched warranty of 4 years or 60,000 kms, whichever is earlier. The Tata Nano Special Edition is available at the same price added with features worth Rs. 25,000. Alternatively, customers can choose not to buy the Special Edition Nano and buy the Tata Nano with other cash benefits, at a down-payment, starting from Rs.15,000.
