New Skoda Laura with trimmed features and price
Skoda India has introduced a new variant of Skoda Laura Classic TSi which comes with trimmed features allowing the car lovers to enjoy the sedan without digging their pockets too much. The Czech Republic auto manufacturer has reduced the comfort features in the car which has helped greatly in reducing the price tag to Rs 12.25 lakh (ex-showroom) in Bangalore.

Skoda Auto India has subtracted various comfort features in the popular sedan. The features which will be missing in the new Skoda Laura are height adjustment for the driver and front passenger seats, Alloy Wheels have been taken away which has reduced its sporty looks from the car. The interiors which have been withdrawn are front center armrest, Lumbar support adjustment for the driver and front passenger seats, Audio Auxiliary, Skoda Swing audio player. The adjustable rear air conditioning vents on rear centre console has been removed, central infotainment system, the steering wheel, leather clad gearshift knob and brake lever, front passenger seat storage compartment has been removed as well. The cooled Jumbo box placed under the front armrest has been withdrawn. Features like eyewear compartment, parktronic sensors and also speaker at rear side, parktronic display at central infotainment system and front fog light cant be seen in the new Skoda Laura.

It is a long list and for those who were willing to buy Skoda Laura for its excellent efficiency and looks will have option of purchasing it in a low price band. But for those who admire comfort features in the car may feel disappointed. Currently, the sedan comes in a price bracket of Rs 13,31, 672 to Rs 17, 98,032 in six variants.
