    New Mahindra Bolero SUV launched at Rs 6.19 lakh

    Mahindra & Mahindra has relaunched its star SUV-Mahindra Bolero today, Mahindra Bolero price starts at Rs 6.19 lakh( ex-showroom Delhi) for the SLE variant while that for ZLZ BS4 variant, Mahindra Bolero price is Rs 6.96 lakh. The company has justified their attractive launch by hiking the price by just Rs 6000 over the past model.

    Most of the new changes are done within the interiors of new Mahindra Bolero. Dual-tone seats with folding centre arm rest, dashboard also finished in dual-tone with fake-wood inserts and new A/C vents, new steering wheel and addition of an all-digital instrument cluster are some of the modification done in facelifted Mahindra Bolero. The new Bolero get added safety features like ABS along with engine immobilizer, and Mahindra’s micro hybrid on the top-end ZLX variant. Towards the rear, a new spare wheel cover has been offered along with rear wipers and washer in costmetic makeup of new Mahindra Bolero.

    New Mahindra Bolero specifications include a 2.5 litre m2DiCR diesel engine with 75 hp and 220 Nm of torque. The car can deliver a very descent mileage of 16 kmpl. Mahindra engineers have also worked on lowering the NVH levels to allow a more comfortable ride for the occupants of Mahindra Bolero, available in 200 showrooms in India from today.

    Mahindra Bolero was already doing well in India and with the new version, threat will intensify among rivals like Tata Sumo and Chevrolet Tavera, both of which are already loosing their sheen in market as M&M’s products rein the segment. Mahindra expects to sell more than one lakh units of the Bolero this year. Last year the company sold close to 84,000 units which was again the best performance in the segment.
