New car models of Skoda displayed at Auto Show

Skoda Auto India showcased its high performance cars in the Auto Car Performance Show 2009 here. Skoda displayed Skoda Laura RS, new Skoda Klement, Skoda Laura Laurin and Skoda Superb 3.6 V6. The Auto Show started on November 19 and last on 22 November 2009. Car and bike lovers are participating in the show from in and out of Maharashtra. The Skoda Laura RS achieves an awesome acceleration of 0-100 kmph in just 7.2 seconds. The powerful mill, 2.0 TSI petrol engine, of the Skoda Laura RS belts out 200 bhp of peak power that is best in its segment. The car houses many stunning features such as Neptune alloy wheels, rear aerodynamic spoiler, double exhaust tailpipes, Electronic sunroof and many more. On the other hand, New Skoda Laura Laurin and Skoda Klement comes equipped with a 2.0 TDI PD engine which churns out 140bhp peak power and 320 Nm of peak torque. Six airbags, electronic stability programme, xenon curve projector headlights, automatic wiper and lighting system,12 way adjustable driver seat and so on.

The new Skoda Superb 3.6 V6 is powered by a 3.6 V6 engine that generates 260 bhp of maximum power and 350 Nm of peak torque. The vehicle possesses eight airbags, anti theft alarm, electronic sunroof, Skoda Audio with 12 speakers etc. Apart from these fantastic cars from Skoda, Volkswagen is all set to launch Volkswagen Beetle on 4^th December this year and Volkswagen Polo will be next launch by the company.
