    Mitsubishi Motors will recall 250,000 cars in Japan.

    Mitsubishi Motors, the Japanese auto manufacturer will recall as many as 250,000 vehicles in Japan. The officials from the Transports Ministry, Japan revealed on Thursday, that more than 250,000 auto mobiles will be recalled because of reports of leak in engine oil. The company plans to recall seven small car models, which includes the eK wagon, the family size car and also two other models Ottio and Clipper which were manufactured for Nissan Motor brand. As per the figures out from the ministry, 247,663 cars will be called back because of the engine faults.

    The company plans to recall seven small car models, which includes the eK wagon, the family size car and also two other models Ottio and Clipper which were manufactured for Nissan Motor brand. As per the figures out from the ministry, 247,663 cars will be called back because of the engine faults.

    Mitsubishi, said in a statement that, continuous use of the defective cars may cause fire in the different parts of the engine. The defective part in the engine may result in oil leakage and can burn the gauge on dashboard because of oil pressure. The auto mobiles which will be recalled were manufactured between November 2003 and August 2005.

    Well, it seems to be a season for recalling the manufacturing defects, as some of the biggest names in the auto industry in Japan in past few months have recalled thousands of vehicles. But Toyota Motors has out done others by recalling as many as 12 million vehicles over last year.

    Toyota Motors a brand name in the automobile industry in the last week declared that it will recall as many as 136,000 small cars from Europe and Japan. The problem was encountered with steering and the defect has definitely adversely affected the reputation of the company.

    Another auto giant Nissan Motors, officials reported that, the company will call back almost 2.1 million vehicles across the globe because of the defective control system in the engines.
