Mahindra Scorpio N And Classic Outperform Hyundai Creta In October 2023 Compact SUV Sales
It was a strong growth month for the Kia Seltos as well which was the third best-selling compact SUV
The festive sales of October 2023 were not as much of a boon as some carmakers expected and it reflects in the performance of the compact SUV segment, which experienced a month-on-month (MoM) improvement of a little over 5 percent. Among the gainers were the Mahindra Scorpio N and Mahindra Scorpio Classic, the duo’s collective tally surpassing even the Hyundai Creta. The model wise details for October 2023 are listed below:

Meanwhile, its non-identical twin, the Toyota Hyryder enjoyed a small MoM growth of just under 5 percent with nearly 4,000 units sold.

The fifth-best selling compact SUV of October 2023 was the relatively new entrant - the Honda Elevate. However, it too witness a drop in its MoM figures as the dropped below the 5,000 units mark.

Skoda Kushaq and Volkswagen Taigun enjoyed similar sales for the previous month, but it was a big improvement for the latter with a MoM growth of nearly 40 percent.

The MG Astor’s sales remained stable and low, still not crossing into the 1,000 monthly sales mark.
