Mahindra Quanto Soon to Go International
The Indian auto giant, Mahindra & Mahindra which has just rolled out its much awaited Compact SUV, the Quanto in India at an exciting price of Rs 5.82 lakh, is now aiming to export the same car to some overseas markets like Europe and South Africa within next three months. Mahindra has also been said to be starting to export the Quanto to some neighbour countries including Bangladesh, Sri lanka and Nepal, and they are aiming Latin America as well in the next phase.

The growing demand of compact SUVs or MUVs has certainly inspired many automakers to launch their respective vehicles to most markets. We have recently seen that Ford too have launched their compact the EcoSport in Brazil and now planning to go to other markets, and the EcoSport too is built in India.
Housing the 1.5-litre, 3-cylinder, twin-turbo diesel engine, the all new Quanto produces the maximum power-output of 100bhp and 240Nm of torque, and promises to return an impressive mileage of 17.2kmpl. So with such an impressive figures, we expect the Quanto to do well in most markets along with India. Currently, mahindra exports its XUV500 to various markets including Australia, South Africa and South East Asia.
