    Mahindra introduces iOS Blue Sense for XUV 500

    Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. today introduced an iOS version of the smart app for its XUV500. Christened as ‘Blue Sense,’ the app is already available for the Android operating system. Additionally, the app has also been introduced across Windows and Android platform for the recently-launched new generation Scorpio as well.

    “Inspired by the response received from XUV500 customers with over 24,000 download for the ‘Blue Sense,’ the company has now developed the app for Apple devices. All existing SUV owners can download this app from the Apple App Store,” Mahindra & Mahindra stated.

    The Blue Sense enables the users to control the infotainment system as well as the climate control system through bluetooth. Moreover, other important vehicle information including tyre pressure, fuel statistics and many more can also be seen with help of this app. The app also provides alerts and warnings such as door open notification, service reminders and distance-to- empty details.

    Speaking on the Mahindra Blue Sense App, Rajan Wadhera Chief Executive – Truck, Powertrain Division and Head – Mahindra Research Valley said, “We are happy to announce the launch of the Blue Sense for customers of our New Generation Scorpio across Windows and Android and on the iOS platform for XUV500 owners. The Mahindra Blue Sense App, designed by Mahindra’s Electronics team, is in keeping with our philosophy to be at the forefront of providing an enriched customer experience in the product and technology domains. We are committed to introducing newer technologies in our vehicles towards creating better value for our customers.”
