HMIL (Hyundai Motor India Limited) Senior Vice-President Sales and Marketing Rakesh Srivastava told PTI “When we launched the Creta, we were planning for about 6,000 units a month from July to December but considering the response, we have decided to increase by another 1,000 units from September by working together with our suppliers."

"We are sold out till December and we have decided to increase the output in order reduce the waiting period for our customers," he added.

Adding to this positive report, Hyundai India has also received highest ever monthly sales in the domestic market with 40,505 units retailed last month as compared to 33,750 units in August 2014, up by 20.01 percent.
