Hyundai giving special benefits to Government employees worth Rs 30,000

Hyundai Motor India Ltd, in order to boost its sales has announced an exclusive scheme - ‘Pride of India’, especially designed for India’s Central/State government employees. So if you are a government employee rush to your nearest Hyundai dealership to lay hands on your favourite car. To recognize the valuable contribution of government employees towards country's growth, they are awarded with additional benefit of upto Rs. 30,000 depending upon  different models of Hyundai cars.

The nationwide ‘Pride of India’ campaign has started from June’14. Under the scheme, Hyundai Motor India will offer special discounts to all Central and State Government, PSUs along with Public Sector Banks employees. Through this scheme, the company looks to encourage the sale to the government employees and provide additional support to them by making cars more cost effective.

Commenting on the campaign, Mr. Rakesh Srivastava, Sr. Vice President - Sales & Marketing, HMIL, said, “We are delighted to launch a special initiative ‘Pride of India’ to build a strong relationship with India’s valuable government employees. Through this scheme, we want more beneficiaries to avail the scheme and become a part of Hyundai family. I am sure this initiative will help us to further strengthen our relations with Indian customers.”

Recently, the company touched a magical figure of retailing more than 90,000 units of Grand i10 with an average of 10,300 units per month. The automaker is also riding high on the success of its recently launched Hyundai Xcent. The compact sedan which lock horns with Maruti Suzuki Swift DZire and Honda Amaze attracts a waiting period of two months. Launched in March'14,  the automaker sold 6663 units of Xcent in the month of April'2014. Xcent along with Grand i10 fetched Hyundai a solid 12.8 per cent increment in sales last month.

Moreover, in a move to enhance its after sales service, Hyundai has also has announced the Free Monsoon Car Check up Camp which provides additional maintenance to Hyundai cars during monsoon season.

The company is making sure that every state in India is being covered under the Monsoon camp. The camp has already begun in some of the states from June 16 and will last till 30th August.

The service will include general cleaning as well as a comprehensive check-up for oil level and leaks, engine, transmission, steering, brake, tyre conditions, windshield wiper blade and washer motor operation and clutch. Further to give maximum benefit to its customer, Hyundai is not charging anything from them.
