The car received both critical and consumer acclaim, which came as a courtesy of segment leading features. the car comes with a brand new diesel engine, which delivers 100PS of power output and still manages a fuel-efficiency of over 27 kmpl. The  1.5-litre i-DTEC unit comes mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox. New Jazz has managed 95% localisation, as compared to its previous generation that only managed 72% market localisation, which clearly reflects in the price tag.
