Audi TT offroad concept showcased at Beijing Auto Show
Audi has unveiled the TT off-road concept at the ongoing 2014 Beijing Motor Show. The concept is designed with a length measuring 4.39 meters, width of 1.85 meters and a wheelbase of 2.63 meters; and that makes it resemble Q3 SUV. In terms of looks, the concept certainly appears sporty and has got a coupe like structure. The high ground clearance and taller wheels help in defining sporty appeal of the vehicle.

The Audi TT off-road concept is powered by a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder petrol engine that belts out max power of 293bhp and 380Nm of top torque. It basically features a hybrid powertrain that combines the petrol unit with two electric motors which belts out a combined power output of 407bhp and 650Nm of torque. The petrol unit is coupled with disc shaped electric motor combined to a 6-speed e-Stronic transmission which sends power to the front wheels. Another motor mounted on the rear axle works independently and churns top power of 114bhp and 270Nm of torque.
The battery pack inside the car can be charged via standard charging procedure as well as through inductive wireless charging option.
