Suzuki S-Cross Wins 'Best Concept Car' Award
Suzuki's latest concept offering, the Suzuki S-Cross won the 'Best Concept Car' Award at the 10th Chinese International Auto Expo. The production version of the S-Cross is set to be a C-segment compact crossover and will offer competition to Nissan's Qashqai. Considering that the S-Cross will be a compact crossover, the interiors will comfortably fit in 5 adults along with ample amount of luggage.

The S-Cross concept is expected to feature either a 1.6-litre petrol or a 1.6-litre turbo-diesel engine that will incorporate Suzuki's i-AWD system. Suzuki has also stated that the production unit of the S-Cross concept will have a very low CO3 emissions rate.
The compact SUV sits on a 2600mm wheelbase and measures a total of 4310mm in length with a width of 1840mm and a height of 1600mm. It will also feature 20-inch chrome wheels. In terms of exterior cosmetic changes, the S-Cross has a unique mesh-type front grille with a distint look and LED headlight, fog lights and taillights.
