Ssangyong Actyon Sports Lifestyle Pickup Spied
The Ssangyong Actyon Sports was put up on display at the 2012 Indian Auto Expo, but Mahindra didn't disclose any information about the future introduction of the lifestyle pickup truck in India. Guys from Topgear Malayalam has spotted the vehicle during its test rounds, suggesting that it could make its debut in the Indian auto industry.

The Actyon Sports falls under the lifestyle pickup category, and is based on Actyon SUV. If it will launch in our country, then it will be the most premium of the all the pickups that are currently on sale in India. In global markets, the premium pickup is powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine that produces 153bhp and 360Nm of top torque.
The Actyon Sports is a feature rich vehicle, which comes equipped with Air Conditioning, power steering, audio system with Bluetooth connectivity, electronically operated windows, airbags, Anti-lock braking system and a 4-wheel-drive system. However, Mahindra hasn't made any statement on the possible launch, but if it will come to India then company might strip down some of its features to price it competitive in the market.
The Actyon Sports lifestyle pickup will form a new segment in India as their would be very little products in competition. Mahindra Scorpio, Tata Xenon and the Isuzu D-Max might be the possible competitor only if the pickup is priced lower.
